Hey Viewers! welcome back to my blog today I'm gonna be talking about what we did today in our H6 task.
Today's task that we did was How much sodium is in our food, we found some amazing information that can help us, specially for teenagers.
For a day teenagers need to have 1500 mg per day.
Salt can cause Kidney problems, stroke, blood pressure and a heart disease if you eat too much salt.
Ham is one that has the highest sodium that you can find.
3 ways to avoid eating too much sodium
1.Eating fruit and vegetable Etc.
2.Avoid putting salt in your food
3.Don't eat too much salty food.
