Idea: more cold, blue, red, white, camera angle; mid shot, music; intense, characters; Hec and Ricky, settings; frozen cold forest/bushes.
This topic is about what is happening in this scene, the camera angle in that scene, the music, the characters and the setting that are shown in the picture itself nothing more nothing less.
For me I think is this scene of the movie, Ricky and Hec were hiding from the cops, still on the run since by that time the police and the child welfare team found where they were hiding. However they still managed to escape from them but it was only for the time and didn’t last long since helicopters up in the sky are also following where they hide or where they go.
This makes the audience feel intense because in this scene (I think) they were hiding from the cops and the child welfare who are trying to capture them and put Hec to jail and bring Ricky back to the orphanage(?), which Ricky didn’t want. The audience who's watching the film feel bad for Ricky because they can feel that if Ricky goes back to the Orphanage(?) he wouldn’t have his freedom that he never had before.
The director included this because they wanted to make the viewers feel different kinds of emotions considering what’s happening in the scenes of the film. It gave many people different kinds of emotions depending on what was happening on the scene, whether they’re excited, nervous, suspense and many more.
I think some shots that made this scene amazing and put more emotion into it are the close up shot, mid shot, point of view shot, two shots and finally the long shot. These shots I mentioned are also included in the scene along with the picture example that are given at the top.
In conclusion, this paragraph has made many points on what is happening in the film just based on the picture that was given to us. Over all this scene drove many emotions to other people just like what I mention of the second yellow highlighted sentence who are watching this film other than us.
