Pulse rate and Physical Fitness - PE

 Hello people! Today I will be blogging about our resting pules rate and our active pules rate

First one is for 15 seconds and I counted 24 counts. We also have to times it by 4

so for the resting pulse is 24 x 4 = 96 

and 29 x 4 is for the active one 

Physical Fitness

Physical fitness refers to the capacity of an athlete to meet the varied physical demands of their sport without reducing the athlete to a fatigued state. The components of physical fitness are (Davis 2000)

-Body Composition

-Endurance

-Flexibility

-Strength

-Speed
