Resting Pulse Rate:

Resting pulse rate: Your pulse rate when you are lying down. We measure it on your neck or on your wrist. We are measuring the beat of your heart rate each minute.

Active pulse: Your pulse rate when you have been doing some exercise.

10m run: 35

Beep test: 3.3

Beep test 20m

"In pairs, number 1 line up on the base line, number 2 is watching/encouraging and remembering the results that you finish in.

Run the beet test; you must run with the "beep" sound. Try your hardest.

Once you have finished, go to your partner and time your heart rate for 30 seconds after Record this result.

Record the level you achieved on your table beside "beep test"

Find out how far in total you ran (each length is 20m)

To do this you will need to:

Number of runs x the length of each shuttle run."
