Mexican week

MEXICAN WEEK

Hey guys this week we are in Mexican week in food tech, So this week we made loaded nachos and Quesadillas.

For loaded nachos me and my group liked it because of the texture and the taste are just right. We all have fun making them and we all really like it and some of us ask for more and take it home but mostly of us really did take all the food in the pan and it's kind of funny cause all of us finished it all.

For Quesadillas the vegetarians did the mince and the rest of us just did the part where we gonna put the tortilla in the pan and when we have the mince were going to put the half of it in the top of the tortilla and spread it and put the cheese at the top of it and put the second tortilla on the top of it and wait for to be golden and then your done after that you just have to cut it in 4 pieces and there you have it we all liked the out come of it.
