Materials
- bottle
- thermometer
- heat lamps
- baking soda citric acid
- rubber bung
- water
Procedure
- put the heat lamps
- put the heat lamps facing towards the bottle
- add the water and baking soda mixture to one of the bottles
- add just water to the second bottle
- put the rubber bung and thermometer in the bottle top
- start recording the temperature of the bottles every 5 minutes
